- No. Purchased minutes stay on your account until you use them.
- What happens if my minutes run out mid-conversation?
- A running exercise is never cut off. Only starting the next voice exercise requires new minutes.
- How do I pay?
- Payment is handled by our payment provider Paddle as merchant of record — with common payment methods such as credit card or PayPal. You automatically receive an invoice.
- Do my minutes also work for Kenntnistrainer?
- No, minutes apply per product. For Kenntnistrainer you buy a separate pack there at the same prices.
