Fachsprachtrainer is an educational tool. It is not a substitute for professional training, supervision, or advice. Exercises are for exam preparation purposes only.
3. AI-generated content
Fachsprachtrainer uses artificial intelligence to generate language exercises, feedback, and scores. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. All AI output is for educational purposes only. Fachsprachtrainer does not guarantee the medical or linguistic accuracy of AI-generated content and it should not be used as a substitute for professional medical knowledge or clinical judgment.
4. Account and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others.
5. Third-party authentication
Fachsprachtrainer supports sign-in via Google. By using Google Sign-In, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Fachsprachtrainer is not responsible for Google's handling of your data outside our platform.
6. Your data
You own your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Analytics collection is optional and only activated after your consent; you can reject analytics and continue using the service.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Fachsprachtrainer to harm others, reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to access other users' data.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep Fachsprachtrainer available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Paid Fachsprachtrainer subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the already-paid period. We do not provide discretionary refunds, except where mandatory law, billing errors, verified unauthorized charges, or verified non-delivery of paid access requires a different outcome.
