1. Payments processed by Paddle
All purchases are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle appears on your invoice and bank statement and issues the invoice. Paddle's buyer terms apply in addition to this policy.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. If you have not used the purchased minute pack yet, we refund the full purchase price.
3. Digital services and partial use
Minute packs are digital services. By spending purchased minutes you consent to immediate performance of the contract. If a pack has been partially used within the withdrawal period, we refund the value of the unused minutes on a pro-rata basis. Fully consumed packs cannot be refunded.
4. Free minutes
Free starter minutes and any other minutes credited free of charge have no monetary value and are excluded from refunds.
5. How to request a refund
Email us at hello@bitesinbyte.com with your account email address and the Paddle order number from your purchase confirmation — or reply directly to the Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
6. Technical problems
If purchased minutes were not credited or you could not use them due to a fault on our side, contact us. We will fix the problem or refund the affected amount.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights. Mandatory statutory warranty and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
